Cloudflare Lisbon/Munich is seeking a Senior Customer Experience Manager fluent in German to lead the post-sale journey, oversee onboarding to renewal, and drive renewals with a focus on ROI for strategic customers. You will partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to maximize retention and upsell opportunities while leveraging AI-enabled workflows to enhance efficiency.

The role requires strong collaboration, data-driven decision making, and experience guiding large customer accounts

Qualificações

• Experience in customer success or renewals in tech industries.
• Ability to analyze data and present ROI to stakeholders.
• Strong collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the post-sale customer journey from onboarding to renewal.
• Act as trusted advisor and commercial owner, articulating ROI and business value.
• Collaborate with Sales to maintain weekly forecasts and support Executive Business Reviews.
• Embed AI-driven optimization to improve outcomes and accelerate time-to-value.
• Drive renewal contracts, pricing strategies, and opportunity identification.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Support, Marketing to address customer needs.
