Fujitsu is seeking a Head of Bid Management - Continental Europe to lead a regional team and shape the evolution from Bid Management to Engagement Management. You will drive complex strategic opportunities across multiple European markets, collaborating with Presales, Sales and Global Presales functions.

The role requires senior leadership experience in multinational environments, fluent English and another European language, and regular travel across Continental Europe.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading Bid Management, Engagement Management, or Presales organisations.
• Led teams across multiple countries.
• Experience with large, complex strategic opportunities.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Ability to coach and develop senior professionals.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional European language.
• Experience in multicultural, matrix organisations.

Aufgaben

• Lead and develop the Continental Europe Bid Management and Engagement Management community.
• Drive the transformation from Bid Management to Engagement Management across the region.
• Coach and support teams working on complex strategic opportunities and major pursuits.
• Lead capability development, workforce planning, performance management and succession planning activities.
• Support management of the Continental Europe Presales budget and forecasting activities.
• Build strong partnerships with Country Presales Leaders, Sales teams, Strategic Deal teams and Global Presales functions.
• Partner closely with Global Presales teams in India while balancing local market and customer requirements.
• Drive governance, best practices and continuous improvement across the function.
