About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support Analyst to lead complex troubleshooting in our Lisbon team. You will take on the difficult cases that other advisors cannot close, investigating intermittent faults, multi-system issues and problems that recur across many customers.

Your work goes beyond the individual ticket: you will document root-cause findings clearly and share them with product and engineering teams so that fixes address the source of the problem. You will also mentor junior colleagues, reviewing their work, explaining diagnostic approaches and helping them grow their technical confidence.

Requirements

• fluent English at C1 level or higher, which is the minimum for this role.
• You must have at least two years of technical support experience, a solid understanding of networking, operating systems and common enterprise tools, and a methodical approach to problem solving.
• Strong written communication is essential, since your reports will be read by many people.
• Rotating shifts apply.
