Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Support Analyst to lead complex troubleshooting in our Lisbon team. You will tackle difficult cases, investigate intermittent faults, and coordinate across multi-system issues for customers.

Your work goes beyond individual tickets: you will document root-cause findings clearly and share them with product and engineering teams so fixes address the source.

Qualifications

• Fluent English at C1 level or higher.
• At least two years of technical support experience with networking, operating systems and enterprise tools.
• Strong written communication is essential for reports read by many people.
• Rotating shifts apply.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex troubleshooting and tackle difficult cases in the Lisbon team.
• Document root-cause findings and share with product and engineering teams.
• Mentor junior colleagues, review their work and help them grow technically.
