SIXT Lisbon is seeking a Senior Digital Product Analyst to analyze product performance, create dashboards, and provide insights to help develop software for SIXT branches worldwide. You will turn data into actionable metrics to improve customer experience and sales performance.

You will collaborate with product managers, engineers and analysts across global teams, track how colleagues use our software, and contribute to data architecture and high-quality event tracking to support feature

Qualificações

• Experience as a Product Analyst on digital products
• Practical SQL experience
• BI tools experience (Quicksight) and AI tools for data analysis
• Web/digital analytics experience
• Strong collaboration across global teams
• Fluent English for international communication

Responsabilidades

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and improve user engagement, customer experience and sales performance
• Develop dashboards and datasets to support key business decisions
• Track and analyze how colleagues use the software we create for them
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers and analysts across global teams to optimize processes
• Gain insights from branches to inform feature optimizations and data deep-dives
• Improve data architecture and ensure high-quality event tracking (Frontend & Backend)
