SIXT is seeking a Senior Analytics Specialist for Product & Digital to own the analytical layer behind internal software used worldwide. You will uncover why things happen, influence what gets built next, and ground product decisions in real user behaviour.

You will lead data quality, build dashboards, and collaborate across global teams to improve product performance and user experience.

Qualificações

Hands-on experience as a Digital Product or Web & App Analyst focused on user behaviour analysis, funnel optimisation and feature performance measurement.
Proficiency in web/app analytics tools (GA/GA4, GTM) and dashboarding in BI tools (Looker Studio, QuickSight, Power BI).
Solid understanding of how event data is structured, captured and validated across frontend/backend systems.
Fluent in English for international collaboration.

Responsabilidades

Analyse how SIXT colleagues interact with internal software to identify behavioural patterns and friction points.
Develop dashboards and datasets as foundations for product decisions, ensuring reliability and reusability.
Lead event tracking quality with engineers to ensure accurate data capture on frontend and backend.
Derive insights from branch-level reality to guide data deep-dives for feature optimisations.
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and analysts across global teams to validate metrics and drive improvements.
