Qualificações

• Experience as a Product Analyst working on digital products and user behavior analysis.
• Experience with BI tools like Quicksight and AI-tools for data analysis.
• Strong understanding of data quality, architecture, and analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and improve user engagement, customer experience and sales performance.
• Develop dashboards and datasets that serve as the foundation for key business decisions.
• Track and analyze how colleagues use the software we create for them.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and analysts across global teams to optimise processes.
• Gain first-hand insights on branch reality to determine data deep-dives for feature optimisations.
• Help improve data architecture, ensure high-quality event tracking (frontend and backend) and implementation.
