Job summary

SIXT is seeking a Product & Partner Development Specialist B2P in Lisbon to ensure partner offers are accurate on platforms and to onboard new partners. You’ll leverage data-driven insights and AI tools to optimize display quality, enable rapid go-lives, and uncover revenue opportunities across global platforms.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to analyze performance, classify partnership leads, and prepare impactful reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field and/or early career experience in mobility or e-commerce.
• Interest in mobility and tourism industry with understanding of global travel trends.
• Service mindset with ownership and willingness to learn.
• Digital and AI first mindset; strong MS Office skills; experience with project or CRM tools is a plus.
• Analytical thinking to derive measures from data and KPIs.
• Ability to structure complex setups and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Strong written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep partner offers accurate and complete on platforms; process requests from markets and partners.
• Develop and use AI-supported tools to check display quality and resolve issues.
• Support launch of new destinations or partners with go-live testing and monitoring.
• Analyze partner performance to identify gaps and revenue opportunities.
• Screen partnership requests, classify leads, and support business development.
• Prepare reports and analyses to guide decision-making.
• Create and maintain training and process documentation for consistency.
• Collaborate with account management, product, operations, sales, and franchise partners globally.
