Pleo is seeking a Customer Support specialist to deliver high-touch help across chat, email, and phone. You will troubleshoot product issues, relay insights to product teams, and help grow a knowledge base to enable scalable support.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English and another European language, comfortable in a fast-paced SaaS environment, and eager to collaborate with multiple departments to improve the customer experience.

Qualificações

• Excellent customer support experience in live chat, email and phone.
• Analytical problem-solving with ability to explain complex issues simply.
• Comfort with fast-paced, collaborative teams and SaaS products.
• Fluent English plus at least one additional European language (German, Danish, Swedish or Spanish preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Interact with customers via chat, email and phone for an effective Pleo experience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and escalate as needed.
• Provide product feedback to cross-functional teams based on insights.
• Contribute to knowledge base and share learnings across teams.
