Cross Border Talents is hiring a Customer Specialist to support customers for a Medical Devices Project. You will handle product information, orders, accounts, deliveries, and inquiries across phone, email, chat and other channels, ensuring a professional and helpful experience for a leading healthcare brand.

The role requires Dutch and English fluency, EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, and at least 1 year in customer support.

Qualificações

• Fluent in Dutch (C1/C2) and English (C1) required.
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.
• Professional, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Provide professional customer assistance through phone, email, chat and other digital channels.
• Support customers with questions related to medical devices, products, orders, deliveries, accounts, and services.
• Document customer interactions, requests, actions, and resolutions in internal systems accurately.
• Escalate technical or complex cases to the relevant teams when required.
• Maintain high standards of service quality, accuracy, productivity and customer satisfaction.
