Volkswagen Group Services is hiring a Senior Contact Center Agent (Automotive Topics - German Speaker) for a fully remote project based in Portugal. The role requires native-level German (or C1) and offers a salary of 19,712€–21,084€ gross per year, depending on experience. English is a plus and automotive knowledge is advantageous.

You will handle customer inquiries, manage complaints, process multichannel requests, and support trainings while updating CRM systems and internal databases.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (a plus)
• Experience in customer care or CSR role (preferred)
• Familiarity with automotive industry (advantage)
• Experience with help desk software and CRM systems

Responsabilités

• Answer customer inquiries about products and services (staff, website, company, vehicle-specific topics)
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints
• Process inquiries received via multichannel
• Identify customer needs and assist with features
• Analyze and report product malfunctions
• Assist in training new employees when requested
• Update internal databases with information about technical issues
• Inform customers about new features and functionalities

We are currently looking to grow our team with a Senior Contact Center Agent (Automotive Topics - German Speaker) for our fully remote project.

What will your responsibilities be?

• Answering customer inquiries about products and services, for example: staff, website, company, vehicle-specific, electromobility, service topics, sales, redirects and contact details
• Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
• Processing inquiries received via multichannel
• Identifying customer needs and helping customers using specific features
• Analyzing and reporting product malfunctions
• Assisting in training new employees when requested by management
• Updating our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
• Informing customers about new features and functionalities.

What skills are we looking for?

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Customer Care Specialist or in a similar Customer Service Representative (CSR) role (preferred)
• Native-level German or minimum C1 proficiency (mandatory)
• Fluent in English (is a plus)
• Familiarity with the automotive industry (considered an advantage)
• Experience using help desk software and remote support too
• Solid understanding of CRM systems
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
