Jobtailor is seeking an experienced Collections Specialist to own end-to-end collections operations, collaborating with risk, underwriting and operations to optimize policies and processes.

You will use data analysis and GenAI tools to improve workflows, engage customers, and coordinate with external agencies across jurisdictions. The role requires independent leadership, strong communication in English, and familiarity with FinTech environments.

Qualificações

• Experience in collections, risk and compliance, and/or data analysis.
• Background in customer-facing roles across B2B or B2C (Customer Support, CX, or Customer Success).
• Strong independent leadership skills.

Responsabilidades

• Own collections end to end from initial contact through agencies and legal action.
• Monitor a portfolio of customers unwilling or unable to repay.
• Collaborate with leadership, risk, underwriting, and operations on policy changes and monitoring.
