Jobtailor in Lisbon is seeking a proactive associate to receive client briefs from private equity and consultancy firms, conduct initial industry research, and source experts globally using AI-driven platforms and professional networks.

You will contact and vet experts via calls, email, and messaging, evaluate suitability for client briefs, and collaborate with the team to meet project deadlines, while thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualificações

• Receive and understand client briefs from private equity and consultancy firms.
• Conduct initial research into industries, companies, and business topics.
• Source industry experts globally using AI-driven platforms and networks.
• Contact, engage with, and vet experts via calls, email, and messaging.
• Evaluate expert suitability for client briefs.

Responsabilidades

• Work closely with the team to meet project deadlines and exceed client expectations.
• Attend an introductory session and participate in a multi-stage interview process including a case study exercise
