Jobtailor in Lisbon is seeking a leader to translate business needs into concrete AI solutions, design, build, and deploy internal AI-powered tools using LLMs, automation, and workflows. You will move prototypes quickly into production-ready systems and ensure reliability, scalability, and security across deployments.

Qualificações

• 3–8 years of experience in software engineering, product engineering, or similar roles.
• Hands-on experience putting LLM-based solutions into production, not only prototyping them.
• Experience making solutions reliable after launch through evaluation, testing, monitoring, and handling failure cases.
• Familiarity with SaaS environments and technology stacks such as Salesforce, Slack, M365, and Snowflake.
• Strong data and integration skills, including SQL, APIs, data modelling, and pipelines.
• Experience with automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or equivalent is a plus.
• Ability to work with multiple AI models and understand their trade-offs.
• Solid engineering fundamentals and coding knowledge.
• Builder mindset and ability to ship working solutions.
• Strong business intuition focused on real user impact.
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and define an independent roadmap.
• Strong collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Curiosity, fast learning, and hands-on use of new tools.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business needs into concrete AI solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy internal AI-powered tools using LLMs, automation, and workflows.
• Move prototypes quickly into production-ready solutions.
• Ensure solutions are reliable, usable, scalable, robust, secure, compliant, and maintainable.
• Work directly with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, HR, Product, and other teams to understand workflows.
• Prioritize high-impact AI use cases.
• Bridge technical possibilities and operational needs.
• Enable teams to adopt and use built solutions.
• Own internal AI products from ideation through deployment.
• Make pragmatic trade-offs among speed, quality, and scalability.
• Continuously improve solutions based on feedback and usage.
• Build automations using APIs, no-code/low-code platforms, and custom scripts.
• Integrate AI capabilities into CRM, support, finance, and other existing systems.
• Leverage multiple AI models and providers according to use cases.
• Stay current with AI tools and capabilities.
• Rapidly test approaches and identify what works in practice.
• Proactively bring new AI ideas to the organization.
• Contribute to internal AI guidelines and responsible data usage.
• Deliver multiple internal AI tools used weekly, productivity gains, a continuous use-case pipeline, and robust, scalable, well-adopted solutions.
