Pleo is seeking a Senior Operations and Collections specialist to own our credit collections end to end, from first outreach to agencies and legal actions as we scale our product. You’ll work with risk, underwriting, finance and customer teams to recover what’s owed and stop recurrence.

You will collaborate with product and engineering to fix issues and scope new features, while driving data-driven monitoring and reporting.

Qualificações

• Experience in collections, risk and compliance, and/or data analysis.
• Background in customer-facing roles across B2B or B2C (e.g. Customer Support, CX, or Customer Success).
• Strong independent leadership and self-motivation.
• Able to balance daily tasks with long-term projects.
• Familiarity with FinTech, collections, or legal environments is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor a portfolio of customers unwilling or unable to pay back their credit.
• Engage with customers in 1:1 capacity to resolve breach of credit terms.
• Liaise with external agencies and legal firms across jurisdictions when needed.
• Build and maintain reports on collections activities and performance.
• Collaborate with leadership, risk & underwriting and other teams to optimize policies.
• Create and maintain documentation of collections processes.
