Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an Account Manager to cultivate relationships with partners for its On-Demand service in Lisboa. You will manage new leads, pitches, contracts, and ongoing account support, while analyzing performance data and coordinating with global teams to optimise partner success.

You will drive growth by addressing partner needs, leading negotiations, and contributing to strategic planning.

Qualificações

• 2+ years of work experience in an account manager, sales, consulting or marketing field.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills: ability to work with diverse clients and adapt your communication style accordingly.
• Strong commercial skills: ability to effectively pitch and persuade partners.
• Strong organizational and project management skills: ability to multitask and prioritize; detail-oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Own the relationship with partners for On-Demand, serving as the main point of contact for new sales leads, pitches, negotiations, implementation and account management.
• Monitor partner performance; analyze KPIs, financial data and invoicing questions; prepare reports and dashboards for operational improvements.
• Collaborate with local and global teams (Account Management, Sales, Operations, Finance) to resolve issues and improve processes.
• Collect and share partner feedback with product and operations to drive software and process improvements.
• Contribute to medium- and long-term growth strategy; participate in OKR planning and target setting.
• Understand local market needs and continuously tailor the product to fit the market.
