Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an Account Manager in Lisbon to own partner relationships for its On‑Demand service. You will manage new leads, pitches, contracts, implementation and ongoing account management, while collaborating with Sales, Operations and Finance to optimize performance.
You will monitor metrics, prepare partner reports, and drive improvements through data analysis. Fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory, with strong communication and negotiation
Qualificações
- 1+ years of work experience in an account management, sales, consulting or marketing role.
- Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities; detail-oriented.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
Responsabilidades
- Own the relationship with partners for On‑Demand services; be main contact for new leads, pitching, contracts, implementation and account management.
- Monitor partner performance; analyze metrics, KPIs, invoicing queries; prepare reports and dashboards for partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Account Management, Sales, Operations, Finance) to improve processes and support partners.
- Collect partner feedback and drive product/ops improvements; help define mid/long-term growth strategy and OKRs.
