Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, seeks a Junior Account Manager to support Top Accounts in Portugal. You will gather partner insights, translate feedback into process improvements, and track key metrics to raise the bar for customer experiences.

You will collaborate with multiple departments within Glovo Portugal and on temporary global projects, learning from Senior Account Managers and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualificações

• 1-2 years of work experience in a sales or marketing field (FMCG is a plus).
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English.
• Immediate availability is a plus.
• Strong people skills and stakeholder management.

Responsabilidades

• Gather insights from partners to create an amazing experience for them and our customers.
• Forecast and track key account metrics.
• Work closely with Glovo Portugal and global teams on projects.
• Learn from Senior Account Managers on partner management and daily challenges.
