Job summary

Glovo is seeking a talented Strategy & Account Manager for its Retail vertical in Lisbon. You will enhance partner performance, foster top-partner relationships, and shape delivery operations with data-driven insights.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years in analytical roles, excels at data analysis with spreadsheets, and communicates effectively with partners in English and Portuguese. Remote-friendly, two days per week from home.

Qualifications

2–3 years in high-performance analytical roles (consulting, startups or operations).
Strong data analysis skills and ability to extract insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder influence.
Strategic thinker with autonomous project delivery.
Proficient in English and fluent in Portuguese.

Responsibilities

Enhance operational performance metrics for Top Partners in Retail.
Develop and maintain strong partnerships and reviews.
Provide strategic counsel using data analysis and industry insights.
Translate partner feedback into product, marketing, and operations improvements.
Represent Glovo's mission, brand values, and product offerings.
