• Act as a key contact for clients by phone and email — offering expert advice, quotes, and outstanding support across a diverse software portfolio.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers and deliver a best‑in‑class service experience.
• Keep client and sales records accurate in Salesforce and ensure a smooth order‑to‑invoice process.
• Verify purchase orders and liaise with clients to confirm details or collect missing information.
• Collaborate closely with the Orders and Accounting teams to keep operations running smoothly.
• Support contract renewals and technical support agreements.
• Assist with tenders and bids, ensuring compliance with client and regional requirements.
• Work hand‑in‑hand with the Sales & Marketing Manager to share feedback and align on goals.
• Stay current on new products and features, ensuring accurate and confident communication with clients.
• Contribute to the company’s continued growth and success through teamwork and initiative.
