Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school (High School)
• Spanish as native language; English is a plus
• SAP/ERP basic knowledge required
• Experience in customer service (Front Office/Order Entry/Back Office) preferred
• Strong daily communication with customers by phone and email

• You have previous experience in customer service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office) - preferred
• Further you are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers on a daily basis (handling requests, complaints etc)

This role is a full time position based on an limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:00 hrs.
