Job summary

Linde in Porto, Portugal is hiring for Sales Staff & Customer Service (m/f/d). You will provide assistance via phone and email from existing and prospective customers, resolving simple queries that impact business performance.

What You Will Enjoy Doing

• You will provide assistance via phone/mail/email from existing and new/potential customers by solving customer simple queries that impact the performance of the business


• Ensuring that the data received from the customers is accurately and timely maintained is part of your job


• In addition, you will manage channel requests to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests / responsible area (sales, credit to cash, delivery, etc.)

What Makes You Great

• You have minimum secondary school (High School)


• You speak spanish as a native language, English is a plus


• SAP/ERP basic knowledge is needed to fullfil this role


• You have previous experience in customer service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office) - preferred


• Further you are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers on a daily basis (handling requests, complaints etc)

This role is a full time position based on an limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:00 hrs.
