Job summary

Linde plc in Porto, Portugal, is seeking a customer service representative to assist existing and potential customers by solving simple queries via phone and email.

You will ensure data received from customers is accurate and timely, and you will route complex requests to the appropriate teams (sales, credit to cash, delivery, etc.).

Qualifications

• Minimum secondary school (High School)
• Native Spanish speaker; English is a plus
• Basic knowledge of SAP/ERP
• Experience in customer service (Front Office/Order Entry/Back Office) preferred
• Able to communicate effectively by phone and email with customers daily

• In addition, you will manage channel requests to the appropriate person responsible for complex requests / responsible area (sales, credit to cash, delivery, etc.)

• SAP/ERP basic knowledge is needed to fullfil this role
• You have previous experience in customer service (Front Office/ Order Entry /Back Office) - preferred
• Further you are able to communicate efficiently by phone and email with customers on a daily basis (handling requests, complaints etc)

This role is a full time position based on an limited contract. The standard weekly working hours will be from 08:00 hrs till 17:00 hrs.
