Job summary

TD SYNNEX Portugal requires a detail oriented Sales Order Processor to support internal sales by handling orders and providing accurate quotations. You will process daily orders and quotations, support the sales activity to reach team targets, and manage inquiries with professionalism.

As part of the role you will build strong links with Internal Sales, escalate issues promptly, and adapt to shift patterns as needed, using SAP R3 and MS Office tools to ensure precise responses and timely order

Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily order loading and quote activity, including any electronic order processing
• To support all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets
• Priorities own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved
• Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution
• Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales
• Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager
• Proactively support the business working a shift pattern, as required
