Job summary

Vantiva in Lisbon is seeking a Sales Support Orders Administrator to handle Order-To-Cash in SAP, process sales orders, and liaise with suppliers and customers. You will ensure data accuracy, generate management reports, and support regular reviews to maintain top-tier service levels.

The role requires a diploma, 5+ years in customer service/order processing, and strong SAP and Excel skills. English fluency is essential, with additional French or Mandarin a plus.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline is required.
• At least 5 years in Customer Service/Order Processing.
• Solid SAP (PS4/P41) experience is mandatory; proficiency in MS Excel.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, independent and responsible.
• Ability to prioritize tasks with minimal supervision and timely customer escalations.
• Strong problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with suppliers in Asia is a plus.
• Adapt to an international, multidisciplinary team environment.
• Fluent in English; business read/write; French or Mandarin a plus.
• Immediate availability is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle Order-To-Cash transactions in SAP & other systems and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Sales order processing and fulfilment. Follow up order delivery schedule, shipping and delivery arrangement
• Liaison with internal stakeholders, factories, suppliers and customers on sales enquiry, material availability and delivery lead times
• Maintain system data accuracy and conduct various analysis reports for management review
• Participate in regular customer and supplier review meetings, providing order status updates and ensuring all required reports are delivered accurately and in a timely manner
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as assigned
