Job summary

TD SYNNEX in Portugal is seeking an Internal Sales Support to process orders and prepare accurate quotations, ensuring timely responses to customer queries and efficient escalation when needed.

You will support all aspects of sales activities to help the business hit team and company targets, with a shift pattern as required and a strong focus on detail and customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in order processing and quotations is preferred.
• Ability to resolve customer queries professionally and timely.
• Familiarity with SAP or ERP systems is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and organization.

Responsibilities

• Process daily orders and quotations, including electronic orders.
• Support sales activities to help achieve team targets and SLA.
• Own tasks and ensure deadlines are met.

Supporting internal sales function by sales order processing and providing accurate quotations. Responsibilities:

Responsible for daily order loading and quote activity, including any electronic order processing To support all aspects of the sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets Priorities own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager Proactively support the business working a shift pattern, as required Knowledge Skills and Experience
