TD SYNNEX in Lisbon, Portugal, is seeking a temporary Customer Service/Post-Sales role to manage post-sales claims from retail customers, manufacturers and internal teams. You will investigate discrepancies, reconcile data in Excel, and drive claims to resolution.

The role requires strong Excel, analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication with customers and external partners. SAP, CRM tools and Outlook experience are desirable.

Qualificações

• Experience in Finance Operations, Claims, Commercial Operations or a similar role.
• Good financial acumen.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.
• Comfortable dealing with both customers and external partners.
• Organised, proactive and able to manage multiple cases and priorities.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and resolve post-sales claims submitted by retail customers.
• Investigate claims by analysing financial and transactional information.
• Use Excel to reconcile data, identify discrepancies and support investigations.
• Work closely with retail customers and manufacturers/vendors to validate claims and reach resolutions.
• Communicate clearly and professionally throughout the claim process, including when handling disputed cases.
• Follow up on outstanding cases and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records and identify recurring issues or opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales and other teams to resolve complex cases.
