TD SYNNEX is seeking a detail-oriented Internal Sales Support specialist in Lisbon to process sales orders and provide accurate quotations. You will handle daily order loading and quotes, support all sales activities, and ensure deadlines are met while maintaining professional relationships with customers.

Strong organizational and communication skills are essential, with familiarity in SAP R3 and MS Office being advantageous. This role offers growth opportunities within our global organization.

Responsabilidades

• Daily order loading and quote activity, including electronic order processing.
• Support all aspects of sales activity to help the business achieve both team and company targets.
• Priorities own tasks to ensure agreed deadline or SLA is achieved.
• Ownership of customer queries in an efficient and professional manner to an early resolution.
• Develop strong relationships with Internal Sales.
• Escalate any issues in a timely manner to the Sales Operations Team Leader or Manager.
• Proactively support the business working a shift pattern, as required.
