TD SYNNEX Portugal is seeking an Internal Sales Representative to manage a portfolio of customer accounts across Europe. You will build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships, handle quotations, close orders, and drive outbound calls to identify new business opportunities.

You will support partners with account planning and cross-selling while maintaining CRM accuracy and meeting monthly targets.

Formación

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organization and time-management abilities.
• Experience using CRM and quotation/order management tools.
• IT industry knowledge is a plus - but passion and drive matter most.
• Full professional working level of Portuguese.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts across Europe.
• Build and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships.
• Handle quotations, close orders, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Drive outbound calls to develop new business opportunities.
• Support partners with account planning and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers and Pre-Sales teams as needed.
• Maintain CRM accuracy and manage customer expectations.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and margin targets.
