Cisco Lisbon is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join the Virtual Demand Center. You will respond to inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and collaborate with Business Development Representatives to build pipeline.

You will engage customers with tailored conversations, learn Cisco solutions, and grow with continuous coaching in a fast-paced, global team. English fluency required; Portuguese useful.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year of meaningful work experience; IT sales experience preferred.
• Strong multitasking, reading, writing and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite; willingness to learn other sales tools.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound inquiries from marketing to book sales.
• Qualify leads using defined criteria and touch patterns.
• Engage customers with conversations mapping Cisco solutions to business needs.
• Aim to meet or exceed response time SLAs and lead conversion targets.
• Create and close opportunities with customers, engineering and partners.
• Collaborate with channel partners to generate new sales opportunities.
• Manage sales opportunities using remote communication tools and sales models.
• Oversee the full sales lifecycle to build Cisco's pipeline.
