About the Role

We are looking for experienced Sales Development Representatives, Client Partners, or Account Managers to join a dynamic digital advertising project in Lisbon.

You will work closely with advertising agencies and their clients, helping them make the most of digital advertising solutions. Depending on your experience and readiness, you may join the team in an SDR, Client Partner, or Account Manager capacity.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with B2B clients and advertising agencies
• Prospect and reach out to new agencies and advertisers
• Support client onboarding and activation
• Identify business opportunities and generate qualified leads
• Develop strategic outreach and tailored advertising solutions
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships
• Handle objections and provide performance-focused consultations
• Coordinate with internal teams and agency stakeholders
• Develop proposals and follow up on business opportunities
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization
• Help agencies and their clients achieve their advertising objectives

Requirements

• Fluent English
• 1–2 years of experience working with or within a digital advertising agency or advertising technology
• Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and campaign planning
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills
• Ability to manage multiple clients, campaigns, and relationships simultaneously
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and optimize performance
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Familiarity with online communities and user behavior is a plus

Working Conditions

• Location: Lisbon, Portugal
• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Working hours: 40 hours per week, generally between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
