Workster in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking a proactive Sales Specialist to manage B2B clients, prospect advertisers, and support onboarding and campaign activation. You will build long-term relationships while driving outbound sales and campaign performance, with a clear focus on KPI attainment.

The role is a full-time position, with a base salary plus a highly attractive commission potential. Initially on-site in Lisbon for 3 months, with hybrid/remote options available based on performance.

Qualificações

• Valid Portuguese work permit.
• Experience in B2B Sales, Outbound Sales, Customer Support, or Digital Marketing.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working with KPIs and targets.
• CRM knowledge is a plus (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Working Conditions

• Full-time position (40h/week) with base salary and very attractive commission potential
• Monday to Friday
• 40 Hours per week from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 18:00
• On-site in Lisbon during the first 3 months
• Hybrid/remote possibility afterward based on performance
