Requirements include fluent Russian (C1/C2) and English (B2), EU citizenship or Portuguese residency, strong analytical and communication skills, and a proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• Fluent Russian (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency card.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and professional support across multiple communication channels.
• Help customers with account creation, password recovery, billing questions, and identity verification.
• Identify and resolve technical issues while keeping customers updated.
• Maintain a positive, solution-focused attitude in all interactions.
• Record and manage cases accurately following internal processes.
• Work closely with internal teams to improve service delivery.
• Share feedback and ideas to enhance the overall customer experience.
