• Fluent in Polish (C1/C2) and English (B2).
• EU citizenship or valid Portuguese residency.
• Strong analytical, creative, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer support via phone, email, live chat, and other available channels.
• Assist customers with questions related to products, services, orders, accounts, payments, deliveries, and general requests.
• Understand customer needs and provide clear, accurate, and practical solutions.
• Escalate complex, urgent, or sensitive cases to the appropriate department when necessary.
• Accurately document customer interactions, requests, actions taken, and resolutions in internal systems.
• Meet established KPIs related to customer satisfaction, response times, productivity, service quality, and resolution rates.
