CloserHire is partnering with a global technology company to recruit a French-speaking Customer Delight Representative for the Lisbon market. You will support advertisers on Facebook and Instagram ads, assisting SMBs through live chat, email, and calls to resolve issues and boost satisfaction.

Fluency in French (C2) and English (B2) is required, along with a customer-oriented mindset and flexibility for rotating shifts, including weekends.

Qualificações

• Fluent in French (C2) and proficient in English (B2).
• Customer-focused attitude with strong communication skills.
• Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Provide multi-channel support to SMBs using Facebook and Instagram ads and resolve issues.
• Identify trends and offer product/tool guidance to improve advertiser experience.
