CloserHire is seeking a Customer Delight Representative for the French Market in Lisbon. You will engage with SMB clients, help them get the most from our Instagram ads products, and resolve inquiries via live chat, email, and phone in French and English.

Qualifications

• Fluency in French (C2) and English (B2).
• Strong communication with a customer-focused approach.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Experience in customer service or client support is a plus.
• Flexible for rotating shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to SMBs using ads products via live chat, email, and calls.
• Resolve issues, enhance client satisfaction, and troubleshoot advertisers.
• Identify trends and provide product and tool support to improve advertisers’ experience.
