Job summary

CallForTalents in Lisbon is seeking a customer service agent to assist Romanian-speaking customers and insurance brokers, offering clear information on products and resolving enquiries professionally. Qualifications

• Romanian at C2 level and English at B2 level or above.
• Previous experience in insurance customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Romanian and English via phone and email.
• Answer questions about insurance products, policy terms and coverage.
• Assist customers with policy-related requests, including cancellations.
• Support insurance brokers by responding to their enquiries and directing them to the appropriate information.
• Handle customer requests efficiently and provide suitable solutions.
• Use digital tools and internal platforms to manage customer interactions.
• Follow established procedures and maintain high standards of customer service.
