Job summary

Cross Border Talents is hiring a bilingual Customer Support Agent in Lisbon to handle Romanian and English inquiries by phone and email for insurance products.

You will respond to policy questions, assist with cancellations, support brokers, and use internal digital tools to deliver efficient, accurate service in a dynamic international environment. Working on-site in Lisbon with rotating shifts and a multilingual team.

Qualifications

• Romanian at C2 level is required.
• English at B2 level or above is required.
• Previous experience in insurance customer service is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Customer-oriented approach and professional attitude are required.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using digital tools and multiple platforms.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.

Work model: On-site
Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 07:30 and 20:00

Salary and Benefits

• €920 gross per month, paid in 14 installments per year (approximately €1,073 gross per month when averaged over 12 months).
• Meal allowance of €154 per month.
