Job summary

CallForTalents in Lisbon is hiring for Romanian-speaking customer service representatives to assist customers and brokers about insurance products, terms, and coverage.

The role is on-site, with Monday–Friday shifts (07:30–20:00). Salary is €920 gross per month paid in 14 installments, plus a €154 meal allowance, private health insurance from day one and 22 days of annual leave.

Qualifications

• Romanian at C2 level and English at B2 level or above.
• Experience in insurance customer service.
