CallForTalents is seeking a customer service specialist in Lisbon to assist Romanian-speaking customers and insurance brokers. You will handle inquiries in Romanian and English, explain product terms, and guide clients through policy requests in a fast, professional manner.

The role requires experience in insurance customer service, strong communication skills, and a customer-focused attitude. It is an on-site position with regular weekday hours and competitive benefits.

Qualificações

• Romanian at C2 level and English at B2 level or above.
• Previous experience in insurance customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach and professional attitude.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using digital tools and multiple platforms.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Romanian and English via phone and email.
• Answer questions about insurance products, policy terms and coverage.
• Assist customers with policy-related requests, including cancellations.
• Support insurance brokers by responding to their enquiries and directing them to information.
• Handle customer requests efficiently and provide suitable solutions.
• Use digital tools and internal platforms to manage customer interactions.
• Follow established procedures and maintain high standards of customer service.
