Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Lisbon, Portugal is seeking an Insurance Customer Service specialist to assist Romanian and English speaking clients by phone and email. You will address questions on policies, terms, and coverage, and help with cancellations.

Work model: On-site
Schedule: Monday to Friday, rotating shifts between 07:30 and 20:00

Salary and Benefits

• €920 gross per month, paid in 14 installments per year (approximately €1,073 gross per month when averaged over 12 months).
• Meal allowance of €154 per month.
