CallForTalents in Lisbon is seeking a customer service professional to support Romanian-speaking customers and insurance brokers. You will answer questions about products, terms, and coverage, and help with policy requests and cancellations.

You will communicate in Romanian and English, using digital tools to manage inquiries and maintain service standards in a fast-paced, international environment.

Formación

• Romanian at C2 level and English at B2 level or above.
• Previous experience in insurance customer service.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented approach and professional attitude.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Confidence using digital tools and multiple platforms.
• Ability to work in a dynamic, international environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer support in Romanian and English via phone and email.
• Answer questions about insurance products, policy terms and coverage.
• Assist customers with policy-related requests, including cancellations.
• Support insurance brokers by responding to their enquiries and directing them to the appropriate information.
• Handle customer requests efficiently and provide suitable solutions.
• Use digital tools and internal platforms to manage customer interactions.
• Follow established procedures and maintain high standards of customer service.
