The ideal candidate will have strong Power BI experience and organizational skills, working across multiple stakeholders. Responsibilities include preparing data for reporting, supporting onboarding processes, and identifying process improvements. This position offers a hybrid work model, requiring presence in the Lisbon office 2-3 times a week.

We are looking for a Business Operations & Reporting Analyst to support activities split between Business Unit operations and transversal platform initiatives, combining reporting, process automation, coordination, and operational support.

This role requires strong organizational skills, a data-oriented mindset, and the ability to work across multiple stakeholders in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

Reporting & Data Management

• Support Relationship Managers in the preparation of business presentations and datasets
• Extract and prepare data files for Power BI dashboards
• Update, format, and maintain Power BI reports
• Manage and update reference data (including Smartsheet)
• Perform reconciliations between multiple tools and data sources

Operations & Coordination

• Support onboarding processes for new joiners (documentation, signatures, secure document sharing)
• Manage billing-related activities
• Organize visits and logistics (badges, meeting rooms)
• Coordinate Welcome Days, events, and seminars
• Maintain and update organizational charts
• Ensure consistency of information between different entities (HR, Procurement, Operations)
• Reconcile timesheets between systems

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify and implement process automation opportunities
• Contribute to performance tracking initiatives, surveys, and skills matrix management
• Support continuous improvement of operational workflows

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong experience with Power BI (dashboard update, formatting, data preparation)
• Good knowledge of Excel and reporting tools
• Experience with Smartsheet or similar tools is a plus
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail

Hybrid work: 2/3x in the office in Lisbon
