Randstad Portugal's Randstad Digital is seeking a Manager with SAP SuccessFactors expertise to join a leading IT consulting firm in Lisbon or Porto. You will support SAP-related engagements, helping clients transform their business and maximize performance, through SAP implementation projects and methodologies.

You will assist customers by implementing solutions focused on a strategic HR approach based on SAP SuccessFactors.

The company is currently enlarging its Technology Consulting team with a motivated and experienced professional with experience in SAP SuccessFactors. As a Manager, you will contribute to SAP related engagements, helping our clients transform their business & maximize their performance. In this position, you will provide a range of services with focus in SAP implementation projects & methodologies. Your activities would consist out of a combination of advising and analyzing, but also guiding implementations and configuration. You will assist customers by implementing solutions focused on a more strategic approach towards HR, based on the latest SAP SuccessFactors solutions.

• Academic degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Business Administration or other related field of study;
• At least 5 years of professional experience in SAP SuccessFactors, mainly in a consulting environment;

• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
