Deel is seeking an experienced Operations professional in Portugal to optimize day-to-day workflows, drive automation, and partner with cross-functional teams. This role focuses on improving efficiency, ensuring compliance, and enabling fast growth across markets. You will mentor teams, track KPIs, and contribute to strategic initiatives while supporting fraud prevention and risk management. A strong FinTech background and data-driven mindset are valued.
