Randstad Portugal is recruiting a Retention Customer Support Advisor (German Speaker) in Portalegre. You will join the Retention Line for a major Swiss telecom.

The role involves assisting customers, advising on services, and supporting long-term loyalty while handling administrative tasks. The package includes base pay, language allowances, performance bonus, and various perquisites with remote work in Portugal and periodic office visits.

Qualificações

• Fluency in German (C2) and English (C1) required.
• Experience in a call center.

• Good PC skills.

We are currently recruiting a Customer Support Assistant to join the Retention Line for one of Switzerland's largest telecommunications companies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Ensure high solution rate and customer satisfaction at each contact through excellent know how;
• Serving the customer to ensure their long-term loyalty;
• Receiving incoming customer calls;
• Customer advice on all services and offers;
• Creation of added value for the customer incl. sales;
• Management of administrative issues related to administrative changes, invoicing and complaints.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Excellent communication skills in German (minimum C2 level) and English (minimum C1 level);
• Solution oriented;
• Experience in a call center;
• strong Commitment for a long term project;
• good PC skills.

What's in it for You?

Financial Package:

• Base Salary: €920/month gross (paid 14x per year).
• Language Allowances: €350 (German) + €150 (English) (paid 13x per year).
• Performance Bonus: Up to €360/month (paid 12x per year).
• Assiduity Allowance: €110/month.
• Meal Allowance: €10.20/day worked (net).
• Flex Work Allowance: €60/month.
• Dislocation bonus up to €70 + accommodation
• Health Insurance: Provided from the 1st month of employment.
• Permanent contract with the client with a 180 days probation period

Work-Life Balance:

• Remote work (in Portugal) + 1 day every six weeks at the office (Lisbon or Porto)
• Paid Training:1-month training (Monday to Friday 8 am - 4 pm).
• Schedule: Monday to Sunday, between 7am and 6pm. Bank holidays (payment of 50%+compensation) - shifts of 8h/day
