Hotel Infante Sagres Restaurant in Porto opens at the end of 2026 as the signature dining destination of the city's first five-star hotel. You will oversee operations, ensure impeccable service, and lead the restaurant team under the Restaurant Manager.

You speak Portuguese and English, have supervisory restaurant experience, and bring strong leadership. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays is required to support a busy hospitality calendar.

Qualificações

• Candidate with experience in a supervisory role within a restaurant or similar venue.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent hospitality and customer service mindset, with Portuguese and English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee restaurant operations to ensure smooth daily running and high-quality service.
• Train, supervise and develop the restaurant team, supporting the Manager's training plan.
• Manage administrative tasks including payroll, inventory, and regular reporting on activities.
• Ensure Health & Safety compliance and maintain a welcoming guest-focused environment.
