Experimental Porto invites an experienced Food & Beverage Manager to lead all F&B outlets in Hotel Infante Sagres, coordinating with the Restaurant Supervisor, Head Sommelier, and Bar Manager to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will drive service quality, staff performance, cost control, and creative menus while staying on brand standards; fluency in English and Portuguese preferred, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Strong operational background in F&B management.
• Experience in boutique or luxury hospitality environments.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; French or another language is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead, manage, and support all F&B teams within the hotel.
• Oversee staff scheduling, attendance and absences.
• Train, motivate, and guide teams daily, fostering engagement and excellence.
• Ensure smooth communication between all departments (F&B, Front Office, Housekeeping).
• Drive sales through upselling and proactive recommendations.
• Be present on the floor during peak service periods to support your teams.
