Qualifications

• Previous experience as Head Chef or senior kitchen leader in a high-end hotel/restaurant.
• Strong culinary knowledge across international cuisines and food presentation.
• Excellent leadership, organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure food quality, consistency and high hygiene standards.
• Manage menus, recipes, costing and portions; monitor stock and costs.
