Experimental is opening Hotel Infante Sagres Restaurant in Porto's historic city centre at the end of 2026. As a Waiter, you will deliver a warm, seamless guest experience from seating to farewell, presenting the menu and drinks with tailored recommendations.

You will work closely with kitchen and bar teams, maintain strong knowledge of our menu and drinks, and adapt to guests’ tastes and dietary requirements. Availability for evenings, weekends, and public holidays is expected.

Qualificações

• Proven experience as a waiter or in a similar role.
• Proactive and attentive with exceptional hospitality and guest service.
• Bilingual Portuguese and English in professional settings.
• Knowledge of Micros systems would be an advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests and look after them from seating to farewell.
• Present the menu and drinks list, make recommendations, and accommodate dietary requirements.
• Take orders accurately, relay to kitchen/bar, and handle payments.
• Serve food and drinks following service standards.
• Maintain knowledge of menu, ingredients, allergens and drinks; stay curious about trends.
• Set up floor before service and clear/reset tables after service.
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar and floor teams for smooth service.
